As if Apple Inc. isn't doing good enough, they show their absolute disregard for business ethics and common decency by asking a judge for permission to sue an already bankrupt American icon Kodak. Kodak has touched the lives of millions of Americans and has been victimized by the very technology that Apple is a part of. But as if being outcast by newer innovation wasn't enough, the company that has had the most success is attempting to sue, attempting to throw salt on the wounds of Kodak by scavenging for their patents.

It's time for everybody to boycott this company called Apple Inc., who has 500,000 employees, cheap labor in China, but a measly 50,000 Americans employed. Greed, profits, power. That's Apple Inc.

Newt Gingrich said he was going to piece together a new contract with America over the next few days. Here are some excerpts from his speech after finishing second in the Florida Primaries:

"In 1994, building on that experience, we got 350 candidates to come and to be part of a Contract with America, to stand on the Capitol steps. We offered a positive program, and we had the largest one-party increase in American history in an off-year. Nine million additional Americans voted for a positive vision, and we kept our word, and every item in the contract was voted on in the first 93 days.

There’s — there’s a core question, both in the primaries and in the general election, a simple question. If you’re comfortable with the way America’s decaying, then we don’t have to change much. We can just manage the decay.

I’ll give you a couple more. We’re going to put together a package. You’re going to see, this is what a serious conservative president is like, who is bold and is prepared to change Washington, despite the screams of the establishment of both parties.

So a couple more steps. We will on that day sign an executive order that will instruct the State Department that day to open the embassy in Jerusalem and recognize Israel.

I'll give you just two more examples. I will sign on that day an executive order reinstating Ronald Reagan’s Mexico City policy. No U.S. money will go anywhere in the world to pay for abortion, period.

And finally, many of you may have noticed that the Obama administration has declared war on the Catholic Church and other religious institutions. I want you to know that, on the very first day, I will sign an executive order repealing every anti-religious act of the Obama administration as of that moment.

The reason I’m comfortable telling you all this is I have been studying what America needs to do, since the fall of 1958, when my dad was stationed in Europe in the Army. I have been working at what we need to do, as congressman, speaker of the House, in the private sector. I believe it is possible to get this country back on track.

My commitment is to unleash the spirit of the American people, to find new and innovative and positive things, to do them seven days a week, to do them relentlessly, to do them without stop, to make sure that we have fundamentally gotten America back on the right track.

And I pledge to each and every one of you personally: If you will reach out across the country, if you will use Facebook and YouTube and Twitter and phone calls and even visits, if you will tell all of your friends in the other 46 states that there is a chance to nominate a conservative who knows what he’s doing, who has done it before, and who has the courage and determination to get it done, I promise you that if I become your president, I pledge to you my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor. I personally feel that telomerase itself proves the eternal nature of all of life, thus proving that death defies natural evolution theory and supports designed intent. But that's another subject.

Green Bay Packers coach Mike McCarthy was a bit off in his game plan for the Packers game on Sunday. In my prediction, I noted that Victor Cruz would have to come up big early before the Packers went into prevent defense with a big lead. Mike McCarthy started the game off by allowing the Giants to set the tempo deferring the coin toss, allowing the Giants to get the ball first. Then, after getting back even at 10-10, Mike McCarthy showed he had no confidence whatsoever in his defense by doing an on side kick which failed. He did it again in the fourth quarter when a kick off deep was the only sensible option. I'm afraid Mike McCarthy just had a bad day and it forced the Packers to press too much on offense, hence the overthrows by Rodgers and the drops by Nelson and others. Mike McCarthy simply needs to come back next season and kick some butt. And I'm sure he'll redeem himself with a few rings in the next two seasons.

I look for the Giants to be held to under 14 points this week against a 49ers defense which will stop the run. The Patriots to trounce the Ravens pretender defense with 40 points will set the stage for a blowout Super Bowl with Tom Brady winning his first ring in 6 seasons.

Real proof for God's existence and intelligent design

Proof For Intelligent Design and God's Existence. If we could provide evidence that there is immortal potential in each and every living creature, we would have the evidence for an intelligent designer and a creator God. And we have that evidence. Although somatic cells in lifeforms do not contain active telomerase, the systems are in place for which to up regulate or turn those enzymes on by cell activators. Yet the only known cell which turns on the telomerase enzyme are cancer cells.

Who would've thought that of all of the evidence to be examined in the world, cancer cells would provide smoking gun proof for the existence of an immortal creator? Telomeres are strands at the ends of dna which become shortened after each cell replication. Once they become depleted, the cell dies resulting in aging or mortality. Telomerase, when activated, replenishes telomeres, allowing for eternal replication and immortality. But only cancer cells utilize this beneficial trait. A trait shared by all lifeforms, but never used. A trait which is the most important and most beneficial to the survival of all or any species, for some unknown reason, is ignored by cell regulators in every species.

Scientists have successfully demonstrated telomere elongation and extension of life in laboratory mice through experiments. Science has demonstrated the facts mentioned above.

What we have are thousands upon thousands of species of living complex organisms all with "acquired" traits, the acquired capability to exist indefinitely, eternally. Yet, of all of the living cells, only the cancer cells (or at least 90% of all cancer cells) choose to turn on or use this trait, this enzyme to allow constant existence or replication. And they are limited because the hosts they inhabit are mortal.

Now one may ask; "Why would an intelligent, loving god create life and tease it with such a system?". There is only one possible answer. It would have to be a god who intended for life to exist, to replicate eternally but for whatever reason, decided against it. There are theological explanations through traditional biblical and church teachings regarding mortality and immortality, the fall from grace, original sin etc.

We need not know the answer. What we need to do is provide scientific proof for an intelligent designer and only an intelligent designer with immortal essence could've provided the scientifically demonstrable possibility for immortality in all complex lifeforms on earth. Intelligent Design and Creation have been proven. God is. What more is there to discuss?

Fantasy Football Playoffs Who To Start Players At QB RB TE K WR

This weekend's division round of the NFL football playoffs will bring on some interesting fantasy decisions to make. We have the Giants and Eli Manning, Hakeem Nicks, Victor Cruz, the Broncos with Tim Tebow and his group of over achievers mixing in with the elite teams like the offensive Juggernauts, the Saints and the Packers.

Those teams have more reliably established fantasy players like Graham, Colston, Meachem, Ivory, Pierre Thomas, Aaron Rodgers, Jordy Nelson, Greg Jennings and others. There are two solid defenses we must consider also. The Ravens and the 49ers playing at home. That immediately spells doom for any of the Houston Texans players. I wouldn't take any of their players except maybe their kicker. They will be beat up badly in Baltimore. The Saints on the other hand are reputable foes for the home team in San Francisco. The 49ers have stopped the run quite well this year, and at home they have been even tougher. Their success has come in the way of turnovers more than anything else, but you have to think they won't be able to stop Drew Brees.

So I'll make my fantasy player picks top 5's in order of strength based on match ups.

QB
Drew Brees - The 49ers stop the run, not the pass.
Aaron Rodgers - The Giants won't be able to keep him under 3 tds.
Tom Brady - A weaker play due to Champ Bailey and the surging Bronco defense, but he's got experience.
Tim Tebow - A man on a mission.
Eli Manning - Don't be fooled. He had his day and will be off balance with heavy Green Bay presence with loud fans. But if he's all you have take him. He might score a couple tds in trying to come from behind.

RB
Not many good choices here, but theres:
Ray Rice - Will be used in passing game also, so be careful on yards per catch stat.
Frank Gore - He can be the hero or the goat, but in between, he'll rack up 60 yards and a TD.
J. Sparks - He'll burn the Giants with a daylight run and give you good average per carry.
Ben Jarvis Green Ellis - I expect the Pats to go with experience in the playoffs, so Green Ellis will get more carries and should score a TD.
Brandon Jacobs - He too has experience, and might come up with a big gain and a TD early on for the Gmen.

TE
J. Graham - nobrainer
J. Finley - another good fantasy tight end to take.
Gronkowski - Brady will find him once.
Hernandez - Brady might find him, but take the Gronk man.
Vernon Davis - He might have a huge day if SF plays catchup to New Orleans.

Kicker
David Akers - A solid kicker with a team which stalls inside the 20 alot.
Grokowski NE - Two FGs are a sure bet.
Lawrence Tynes - Giants will stall in GB, forcing a few field goals.
Neil Rackers - Should get a few FGS.
John Kasay - More extra points. Not as strong, same with Crosby of GB.

WR
I expect these 5 to top 100 yards and td each.
Wes Welker - He's going to have a huge game.
Jordy Nelson - He's Aaron Roger's favorite reciever.
Victor Cruz - He didn't catch a 99 yarder so he's due for one this week. But it better come early because the Pack will be playing zone when up two tds.
A. Boldin - This veteran will come up big for Flacco.
M.Crabtree - This guy will have a great game but not good enough to lift the 49ers.

NFL Fantasy Players Rested, Not Starting Today, Aaron Rodgers, Calvin Johnson, Drew Brees etc.

This is the toughest fantasy football week of the year for two reasons. The first is that its the championship of many head to head leagues. The second is you couple the first one with the fact that many of the stud starters like
Aaron Rodgers, Drew Brees, Calvin Johnson, Tom Brady, Arian Foster, Hakeem Nicks, Matthew Stafford, to name a few, have already clinched playoff spots and may well be rested. The coaches haven't given enough information regarding the status of the players, so we have to discern for ourselves.

I personally feel that Aaron Rodgers will start and won't be lifted unless the Packers have established a lead in the game's second half. The competitive nature of this caliber team, coupled with their arch rivals the Detroit Lions coming in at (and here's another hunch) full staff trying to stick it to the Packers, will force both teams to pretty much go with the starters deep into the game. However, if you are lucky enough to have a backup QB or Reciever with stats in the vicinity of Aaron Rodgers or Calvin Johnson (not likely), and feel your team's depth is good enough to score enough to let you compete, then I would play it safe and go with the bench players who will be playing 4 quarters.

I think history has also demonstrated that sitting your star players doesn't ensure victory, but in fact, takes away momentum and sharpness on the part of those studs. We've seen teams like the Colts do this and struggle in the playoffs thereafter.

There's two ways that coaches can look at some of these starters. For instance, the Houston Texans have a gimpy Arian Foster and have locked up a seed in the AFC playoffs with a home game. They have Ben Tate as a solid backup and there is a chance that Foster will see limited action if not only to allow further healing and sure up his health and stamina for the playoffs. The same can be said of Calvin Johnson of the Lions, but the head coach seemed to make us think he's gonna go all out and that makes you think Johnson will start and play at least a half.

Whatever players you have, whether it be Aaron Rodgers, Calvin Johnson, Arian Foster, its best to wait until the final hour of the roster move or trading deadline to make your calculated decision. If you have no good replacements with any of your players, then cross your fingers and hope for the best. I wish I can give you a definite but I can only give you a hunch and my hunch is as good as yours. Good luck!

Bing Webmaster tool has consistently been down and unable to keep up with the demand. Microsoft is unqualified and unable to keep up with the demands associated with search engine indexing and tracking of websites. I highly suggest that you use good old reliable Google for such functions. Google will allow you to submit a rss or xml sitemap as well as .txt site map where Bing has failed to do. I have constantly submitted my blogs and websites to Bing on various occasions and Bing has failed to recognize what should be simple text and simple meta data. Bing is flawed. Stay with the reliable and professional Google. Let Bing earn our support by demonstrating an ability to keep up with webmaster's needs. Note: Bing and Yahoo are one in the same in terms of which search engine spider fails. They both fail. Google is the winner in the search engine wars.
