I learned that it is very important to have links to article resources related to baseball. Either in the title of the blog post or in the actual post, or even in the sidebar, it all benefits both your website and your readers. The readers remember the resource aspect of it while search engine spiders like the relevant link association. I wish that I had done this for the 2 plus years I've been blogging, but I only started doing it recently.
Placing a link to baseball resources isn't the only way to achieve good viewership or rankings to your baseball blog. There's a lot more to it. First you need to post frequently and keep the content relevant to your title and description as well as your keywords. Second, you must make your posts or articles interesting enough to click, read, respond to and worthy of a bookmark. How can you do that in one post? Well, you really don't need to do your homework on this. You just have to come up with a baseball blog post or article title which attracts readers and makes them click. Okay they clicked, but you do have to deliver on what that title promises by writing a nice article which is relevant, interesting and cohesive, and which invites comments or responses. I'm still working on that one myself, lol.

Baseball resources are all over the web. I think you are right about linking to them. People need options to follow those links and find reliable baseball oriented sources in which to further their education about this great game. I do it all the time, in every post. It raises your rankings too. Baseball is Americas sport and always will be. It's the number one blogging sport also. So there's alot of baseball hungry readers out there. Baseball Musings is my favorite link and I see that you have it on your sidebar also. That's great.

I agree with Milton. Baseball Musings is the best baseball link out there. And if you exchange links with them, they leave you hundreds back because each time he posts, you get an incoming link from them. Goodluck guys!
