- My Baseball-Etc website has been utilizing the simple syndication technology in which to provide updated baseball news and baseball scores for over 6 months now. I've tried using Espn, Mlb, and Yahoo, as well as a few lesser known leaders in sports news. As of now, it appears that Yahoo's baseball news feeds rank much higher in terms of presentability and content, as well as information.
- I dropped espn because they were giving you mere titles of their news topics without any samples at all. Mlb gives you a few feeds with a good paragraph of baseball news, but more times than not, they give you a sentence. Hardly enough to perk up a reader's interest in the story. Yahoo Sports on the other hand, gives you a nice lengthy and well written paragraph which gives readers great insight into the story posted.
- So for the time being, until the other guys step it up, expect to see more Yahoo Baseball News Feeds more often here. They appear to be the best baseball source out there with well written articles and detailed information about each game, each story, as well as alot of other details which give you great reading in the realm of baseball information. I really enjoy posting their feeds, and am sure the readers here on Baseball Etc will enjoy reading their news articles and baseball summaries.
