Blogging For Money

This is an unfortunate reality in this blogosphere. Everybody's in it to make a buck. I have noticed that the only people who are posting responses on blogsites are bloggers themselves who are trying to create links back to their own blogsite. Why? Is their sole intent to draw prospective customers to their blogsites? Well, based upon the hundreds of blogsites I have visited, the answer I'm afraid is yes.

 

How can I tell? Simple. Every blogsite I've encountered has multiple affiliate links on their pages. To put it simply, they aren't in it for their interest in the topic, but are using the topic to draw customers to buy on their page. There are a few exceptions, but they are few indeed. I can only hope that they realize it won't work. Not unless they are giving people a reason to come to their sites other than to leave a comment and url link on it.

 

 

I intend, God Willing, to make my page as commercial free, and as fun to use as possible. Fun by way of conversations about baseball, and with some fun and useful addons to this blog site. This will take time, which is okay, because it takes time to build earnest content in which for those people to be able to find this page. Perhaps months, maybe years. But this baseball blogsite will be tailored for the love of the game of baseball, the common interest in which to be shared about the game of baseball, and for the eventual buildup of a steady flow of ongoing chat or conversations about various baseball topics. With no money oriented intent whatsoever. The only ad found here will be by Google, who makes this all possible, and putting one of their ads on here is the least I can do. Also a few baseball related ads to serve the readers of my blog. I do not expect to make money blogging here. I just wish all of the other bloggers would be honest about why they are blogging and not just rant on and on just to draw customers. Good Gosh!

 

So if anyone reads this, and loves the game of baseball, feel free to chat away about baseball, and you can respond to any current post with any baseball subject(yes, it can be off subject as long as it's about major league baseball). Have fun with baseball, and BOOKMARK this baseball weblog page for consistant ongoing conversations about the upcoming baseball season.

 

Only real baseball lovers are invited to this blogsite. Stay tuned also as I hope to put alot of useful and fun addons on this website.
